end of an era
It’s been a good couple of weeks. Got some good riding in last weekend and it was the last week of seniors at school. I had fun having shared lunches with my classes. I made all my year 13's certificates that said
Congratulations You Have Survived !

We ate food and had a good laugh.
With my year 11's I had a pancake brunch... sooo goood!
So, I here you ask why is it the end of an era?
Well...
We had senior prize giving which I generally enjoy because there’s nothing like see someone do be recognised for doing well to make you feel good. I always feel bustlingly proud of the kids I know that get any thing.
You still don't know why it's the end of an era?
Well...
This year is the year of our lord two thousand and six and I started teaching at MRGS in half way through two thousand and two anno Domini
Which means that...
The students who were in there Ninth year of study when I arrived (the Third form of there existence by the old method) have just graduated from there thirteenth year of school study and now are moving forward into the big wide world. .... (sigh)
The kids in my form class I saw every day and read all there reports for 4 1/2 years. I have missed them the last three terms and it is so amazing to ponder on how much they have changed and matured (or not). It's been a privilege.
